Execute: 

LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/mesa/libGL.so.1 skype

Turn off or modify Cheese snapshot sound....

 One solution is to modify the file /usr/share/sounds/freedesktop/stereo/camera-shutter.oga
